New resource expands no-cost access to lifesaving supplies, basic care items, and recovery supports

CINCINNATI, Ohio — September 14, 2026 — IPM Food Pantry today announced the installation of a new Harm Reduction Vending Machine at its pantry, created in partnership with the Clermont County Mental Health and Recovery Board. The machine is designed to provide convenient, confidential access to supplies that can help prevent overdose deaths, reduce health risks, and connect community members with practical supports.

The vending machine includes Narcan, fentanyl test strips, snack kits, period kits, sharps containers, hygiene kits, wound care kits, and other essential items. By locating these resources at IPM Food Pantry, the partnership brings harm reduction tools into a trusted community setting where neighbors already turn for food, compassion, and support.

The machine is available to community members seeking harm reduction and basic care supplies. IPM Food Pantry and the Clermont County Mental Health and Recovery Board encourage residents to use these resources, share information with neighbors who may benefit, and seek additional support when needed.
