Position Available: Associate Attorney 

The Law Office of Vivian L. Martin, LLC is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Responsibilities & Qualifications: 

• Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law (or pending) in the State of Ohio;
• Be comfortable meeting with individuals, families, and advocating in various court hearings and trials;
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Candidate should possess the firm’s values of: service, empathy, problem-solving, professional integrity, and efficiency
• Proficiency, or ability to learn, MyCase software

Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M – 4:00 P.M; In-person, occasional flexible remote work permitted subject to prior coordination/approval

Pay structure: Compensation based exclusively on a fee-split arrangement tied to fees collected by the firm for legal services performed. Direct deposit paychecks. W2 employee.
